World's Largest Driftwood in Hawaii

World's Largest Driftwood?

I don't know if this really is the world's largest piece of

Hawaiian Driftwood.

I would have to guess that it is definitely a contender.

What do you guys think?

And, this is actually pretty common

around the island of Hawaii.

The trees grow very tall, very quickly.

The roots of the trees are relatively shallow because of the lava and

they tend to fall over quite easily in the high trade winds.
