I have been trying to publish my Godfather's Biography for over a year through traditional means. Given that none of us are getting any younger, I decided to go with Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing. Try as I might, I have already found a typo. Given that I did my absolute best on this project, I am not beating myself up about it. I hope you can all enjoy an incredible story!

The Godfather of Fisherman's Wharf was written to preserve, if even in a small way, the legacy and incredible stories of one of the American immigrant families that came to this country via Steam Ship around the 1900s. They arrived at a time when this country was just beginning to bloom, and was then hit with two world wars. They stepped up, served their country, and built lasting legacies here by hard work and grit. They paid their taxes and didn't ask for handouts. They didn't resort to a life of crime. They pulled up their sleeves and worked hard to build their own version of the "American Dream."

Greetings all of you beautiful people!

With my Godfather's Biography in production, I have decided to start writing my

first ever fiction novel! I have a few chapters started and I couldn't even tell you

which way the wind blows. Weather can be a fickle creature, just like our own minds.

I have recently started my Godfather's Biography.

His name is Anthony Lucido and he has been

working on Fisherman's Wharf on the Monterey

Harbor for over fifty five years!

He now has a website at

Monterey has changed allot during the Century

that Anthony's family has been here in Monterey.

I have begun a video interview series with the

Godfather that will discuss the last one hundred

years of Monterey's history as he remembers it

from family stories and his own personal accounts.

Nov.18th Lava Flow Update

I did not take, nor do I own the following three photos.

I am only using them to share information.

The first photo shows the lava flow

from the hill overlooking Pahoa Town.

This next photo shows how the lava flow

looks from the Town of Pahoa.

As you can clearly see, there is now an active lava

flow entering Pahoa Town.

I wish all of the inhabitants of Pahoa Town

good health and well being.

Pahoa is currently still open for business.

Please stop by and visit the town

and support the local businesses.

There is a nice selection of restaurants to

choose from as well as a bar, local museum,

and USPS Post Office.

My favorite place in Pahoa is Habitat Tattoo.

It is where I have been getting my

tribal tattoos for the last two years.

Nancy Girl's tattoos are known all over the

Hawaiian Islands and even the world.

I went to Pahoa Town a few days ago

and took a photographic tour of the area

and made the following video to share.

I lived in Puna last year while I wrote my first book
